From the Castle Hill to the Moorish Quarter and the old Lisbon Jewish Quarter, we propose a route that reveals a plural city where multiple religions have always coexisted and lived side-by-side: Christians, Jews and Moors. How was the city organised? What was the transition from Moorish life to Christian control like? What proof can we find of this coexistence? In this family-friendly walk that includes activities here and there, we are invited to examine this multicultural Lisbon.
