Launch of the book «Glossary of Latin Terms for Archaeology (M-Z)»

The glossary, now in its second volume (from M to Z), is an alphabetical list of words that explains unknown or unclear terms. This clarification focuses on technical terms from an area of knowledge that encompasses worlds as vast as ancient history, architecture and construction systems, archaeology, religion, the Roman world...

A work by Filomena Barata and Leonardo Rosa Ramos, edited by Lema d'Origem, which literally fulfils the Roman notion of utilitas.

The book will be presented by archaeologist Lídia Fernandes, coordinator of the Museum of Lisbon - Teatro Romano.
