In February, the Museum of Lisbon – Roman Theatre is promoting eight sessions of pilates in the museum. Every Wednesday and Friday, first thing in the morning, we will keep fit with teacher Maria João Birkmann.
As it was closely related to war, physical training was common in Roman times, while the cult of the body and daily physical exercise have been with us since the ancient Greeks.
Because a museum cares for our spirit but also for our body, so come and keep fit!
