The European Archaeology Days were born in France in 2010 and spread across Europe to now be celebrated in several countries, including here in Portugal. Over the three days of this event, several organisations related to archaeology hold activities for the general public, revealing the importance of our archaeological heritage in its various facets and from behind the scenes.
The Museum of Lisbon - Roman Theatre was enthusiastic to join this initiative, promoting free activities to raise awareness of the importance of archaeology.
