The neighbourhood studios

In addition to being a historic district, which preserves different layers of the city's past lives, the territory surrounding the Roman Theater is also home to multiple work spaces for artists, craftsmen and creatives who find inspiration, comfort and concentration here. On a walking tour between Rua de São Mamede and Rua de São Julião, the artists whose works are part of the temporary exhibition «Artists on stage at the Roman Theatre» open their studios' doors especially for this occasion.
